The staff was friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the visit, which made the experience pleasant. It’s also a big plus that washroom facilities are available for drivers. However, the parking area is quite tight and can be challenging to maneuver, especially for larger trucks. Additionally, the wait time for unloading was longer than expected. Overall, a decent place with good staff, but improvements in parking space and unloading efficiency would make it much better.

I didn’t have a bad experience, showed up before the storm and waited till they opened a little after 8. Got the call at 11:45 for a door and paid my lumper at 12. Not bad suggest backing in or into a spot if you can while others are backing in so you can set up. Prayed before hand so lord heard me lol guess may be case by case.

Over 14 hours waiting to unload. That said, the staff themselves were polite and respectful no issues with attitude. The problem here is clearly the unloading process and long wait times. This place seriously needs to improve efficiency and respect drivers’ time.

Terrible company. I checked in at 8 a.m., but they only put me in a dock at 5 p.m. and started unloading right away. The docks are extremely narrow, no space at all. You have to park on the street where there are “no parking” signs. You have to back in because there's no room to turn around. Companies like this should be inspected by the relevant authorities, and such companies should be shut down and not be in business at all.
