A Pooch Parlor is Top Dog The girls at A Pooch Parlor showed patience, care and kindness to me and my dog that has issues of nervousness and sometimes aggression. They did an outstanding job working with her and I would highly reccommend bringing your pet here. The boutique is something to check out too.
Great Service for * Years – I've been going to a Pooch Parlor for over 8 years and even though Michelle has moved even farther from my house in Lancaster City, I wouldn't go anywhere else! Unbelievable result... and not in a good way – I will never return. I dropped off my adorable fluffy furry dog and picked up a shaved one. They claim matting was the reason they did it. There may have been some on her underbelly.... hence why we took her for grooming - but in no way shape or form should she have been shaved. And she was done so WITHOUT consulting us first! Great Place, Great Service, Great Staff – Michelle is always available to answer questions and greet me and Daisy. Her staff is always willing to lend kindness and caring when Daisy becomes anxious. Dasiy can be very difficult to handle and I have tried other places - Michelle and her staff deserved the #1 place to get your pet groomed!
Great with My Wild and Crazy Little Dogs! – Michelle and the girls are always oustandingly patient and kind to my two Yorkies when the go to the "beauty parlor" for the day. My dogs can be very temperamental and hate being clipped......despite my dog's whining and crabbiness~they always are treated professionally and come out looking gorgeous. I am thankful for a place where I know my precious babies will be well taken care of and I don't have to worry...Aunt Michi takes care of Zo-bird and Zana-bear wonderfully!
