Tried the place out found it on Groupon got French tips. The total service took 3 hours from start to finish! I have had French tips before elsewhere it normally takes half the time hour and a half but, the worst part was from filing almost all my fingers have cuts on them, I bled during the service and alcohol was burning the cuts during service, wouldn’t recommend.

I have been going to Karen for regular pedicures and nail services for almost a year now. I enjoy my regular visits with her. She truly provides the best pedicures And nail service I have ever had. She works with integrity and truly cares about the service she provides to her clients .

Worst experience at a salon EVER!!! I will never return to this place.karen was extremely rude and unprofessional.

My first extreme pedicure with Karen was great, so my fiancé booked another one for me a month later since I'd loved the first one so much. The second time I showed up to Polish'd Salon, all the doors were locked and no one was to be found. I waited outside in the heat calling and texting Karen until she finally answered saying she couldn't make it. I explained to the owner, Karen, that I was moving the next day and wouldn't be able to rebook and she did NOT reimburse me for the price my fiancé had already paid in advance. K... read more
