Thankyou Stephen and the team.. Ginger meggs the bantam water balloon chicken is back to her normal self and causing havoc...she hasn't filled up again which is great. The customer service here is absolutely disgraceful. I called this morning to book my new puppy’s first vaccination, and the woman on the phone couldn’t have been more rude if she tried. She scoffed at me, dismissed my questions, and spoke to me like I was wasting her time. There is zero excuse for that kind of attitude, especially from a business that’s supposed to care about animals and their owners. I wish I could give a 0 My Buddy is on heart meds and so expensive through the vets Online is so much cheaper Anyway I paid $155 to release the prescriptions to the shock that no repeats What a joke apparently Stephen the owner doesn’t do longer so basically ripping me off I wasn’t told this up front Avoid this Vet clinic
Scott is the most caring vet I have found and the staff are exceptional! The whole team give you plenty of their time to make sure my fur babies are well taken care of !! I drive from Surfers to take my pets here and it is so worth it - feels like an old time country vet but with all the modern equipment.
