Excellent service in my opinion. Have a 2018 Chevy Silverado and unfortunately my transmission went out, the good news I had an extended warranty program I purchased when I bought it. Since day 1 when I got on the phone they explained everything and made it easy for me to understand the process. Alberto/Beto,turns out he lacks honesty & knowledge, took 2020 dodge caravan in in Dec 24,got it back on jan2,25 haven issues,he did say to take it back,however me working out of town,I couldn't,,well in may I got a road hazard,piece of steel on the road messed up the Trans oil pan,took it back to Beto it's almost July 25,he still can't get it RIGHT,1st time out he also replaced the throttle body for 650,didn't fix the problem plus 3500 for the job=over 4grand,well I thought I'd send it to him to "get it right " on the road ... read more
