Dealing with this company has been a total nightmare
The manager Brent at the location off Ben white in Austin is very unprofessional and rude. I went it around 1030am today and waited in the front office for 15mins. No one came to assist me. So I decided to fill out a new customer form, while also explaining what type of service I wished to have a quote for. I left it with a mechanic who informed me the manager would call me.
