i genuinely cannot recommend Transmission Rich enough! he went above and beyond for me throughout the entire process of getting my transmission replaced. he kept me updated, communicated with the evil Nissan dealership on my behalf, and made an incredibly stressful situation so much easier to deal with. what really blew me away was the level of customer service. when my car was finally ready, Transmission Rich went out of his way to pick it up and personally bring it all the way to me in Midtown. he absolutely did not have t... read more
