Brought my work vehicle in needing a rebuilt transmission. Paid them upfront before the work was done which took over a week. 10 days later was having even worse issues than before. Brought it back to get fixed under warranty. The warranty fix took over 3 weeks. ZERO communication from this shop. I had to constantly reach out for updates on what was going on and when i could expect to get back to work. Once it was finally fixed i now have a LOUD reverberation happening from my front end.
