I called A+ to get a quote on a transmission fluid and filter change for my Tahoe. Not only was the price by far the best, Justin was professional and kind on the phone. They were able to fit me in the same day, and the service was quick - just over an hour for the diagnostic and fluid change. I have nothing but good things to say about A+ transmission specialist. Years ago at a different A+ transmission specialist, they help rebuild one of my transmissions on a truck I used to have. After they rebuilt it and I follow their direction. I never had issues with it ever again. If you buy a brand new car or a pre-owned vehicle, be sure to get your transmission service at least every other year. I dropped my vehicle for a diagnostic at 9:12 Am. Was told to come back in two hours. Placed my keys on the desk and told them I parked in the back. Came back two and a half hours later and asked about my car. Keys were in the same place I left them, after Justin, the manager, saw me he finally got my keys and started the service… I left at 12:15 pm with no service done, and did not receive an apology for the inconvenience of having wasted my time.
