Good service and good communication, I would recommend, pricing is really good.
Friendly, fast service for free basic checkup to confirm to me my new transmission was having issues and I should take it back to who installed it. Was better to have a specialist look at it and confirm before I went back to who originally did it
The experience with the front desk has been ok, but my experience with the actual repair portion has been terrible, took my 2008 grand marquis in for transmission issues no gears except reverse. They did the initial inspection but nothing crazy was found was told they’d have to take it apart to really diagnose it, I agreed same day was told it needed to be rebuilt because the bands inside seized up I agreed took like 2-3 days got it back and immediately was having issues called them was told to continue driving and see if it... read more
