Piss poor shop! Called the day before and the front desk guy, I think his name was Ethan, said they do have any appointments until the end of the week. I checked online and they had some the next day. I scheduled online and went in the following day. They wanted to run a “free test” to see what was going on. One of the techs hot rodded my truck down the side street next to the shop. My truck has a muffler delete so is loud, and he stomped on it. Very good work done on Nissan transmission. Moms car was turned in for not being able to move in any gear and now have our car back and feels brand new as if it was done at the dealership service center . Only thing was it was kinda pricey but nonetheless payable and well worth it with warranty included .
They politely told me. They need to check whole truck out before giving me a quote on transmission rebuild. Already have it dropped and just need someone to rebuild it. I understand you wont know how bad it is until opening it up. But they wanted me to drop truck off so they can do 120 point inspection. Just give me a ball price and I will drop it off. Dont need up selling for tires or alignment.
