I have been going to A plus transmission for over 20 years. I want to thank Javier Garza, for being understanding, and very generous. HE is great at what he do. Also he has a great crew. Don't take your vehicle to A plus Transmission for a transmission rebuild unless you want to have to replace seal(s) and/or torque converter, etc. (so they say) 1 year and 1 month later. They could not give me a breakdown on parts replaced – said it was not their policy. The shop would not take responsibility for a leaking front seal which almost caused a catastrophic failure in my vehicle (leaking all of the fluids out) due to it being one year and one month from their botched job. I came here to have my transmission fluid changed and they refused to service my vehicle without even looking at it. They did however offer to up-sell me without even knowing my vehicle. Very poor service and very poor experience. Don't waste your time unless you're pockets are deep because they wouldn't even quote me a single service cost.
I misspelled some things in there I was driving at the time and also very upset long story short I paid $4,000 for a transmission that only last 14 months now its slipping in first gear and only help I was able to get from a plus transmission it's being told by Danny that I have to repay when he clearly told me in the beginning that you should not have a another problem at all it's all Bs and they definitely scam you so if you want to give away your money for a temporary fix a plus transmission is the place
If I can put 0 Stars I would just a update from last year it's now two months after my warranty $4,000 is gone down the drain the transmission is now slipping and first gear I took bed back to a plus transmission on North Houston Rosslyn where the guy Danny told me I had to repay this is so so sad I didn't even get my money worth if it was done right the first time my transmission wouldn't be doing this I would never go back to a plus transmission neither recommend a family member or friend I never felt so ripped off in my l... read more
U can tell that was years a go when they had good prices bc these guys tell u they going too save u much money as possible then they charge 700 just to take out your trainsmison and tell u wats the problem and why he telling u the problem he saying that dont mean its going to be expense we here too help save u money then i get a call twodays later sayin its 4000 dollars to fix a old car thats not even new. I do not recommend A Plus Transmission I took my vehicle to the Round Rock location based on a recommendation from a trusted mechanic. Unfortunately, while my vehicle was there, A Plus reassigned the manager due to service issues. More unfortunately, the new manager wasn’t much better. I told them I had been to two mechanics who said I had a transmission issue. The car had a hard time shifting in gear properly, made a noise, and the acceleration hesitated. My name is Bryant, I went to A Plus Transmission to have my transmission service ,and at first we thought it was a problem. But the manager Javier was very polite and told me not to worry. After checking everything he found out it was just low on fluid. So he and the guys did a great job. They were honest with me. The manager and crew are great.
