Great service beyond the norm Transmission repair shops have a bad reputation. My car was in need of transmission repairs and I called Jim at the Jones Road store. Jim listened and invited me in for a free check up. It turned out to be a smaller problem and lower price then the other shops I spoke to guessed over the phone. Jim and his crew helped me and treated me with kindness and dignity it is for that reason I would recommend them to anyone needing honest and fair transmission repairs. Thank you guys
