Hi, I went to the shop at Stafford/ Missouri City:12103 Murphy Rd Stafford, Tx 77477 to change clutch of a 2001 VW jetta, The manager, Chris, Agreed to replace the part I had bought, after inspecting the part. But after dismatling the transmission he said the part is not compatible and demanded adamently to buy a part from him for 2000$, because he thought I ll pay up since he has dismantled the car. Fast service worked with me on price.I have had a great experience from start to finished Todd and Stephanie you guy's are AWESOME !! At first, I wasn't sure what to expect since this is the first time I have had a transmissions issue.I was pleased at how I was treated the mechanics Jerome you're the best! Car is running great. At first I was told my transmission and motor needed to be replaced and that they would take it down at no cost. I get charged labor fee of $600, he also tells me it's $2600 for a brand new transmission and motor, My truck sat up there3 months lost my job and had no more money after I paid for the service. I get my truck back in March around my birthday and it had to be another worker saying the last person I deal with no longer works there and that they just fixed the transmission. completed my transmission installations in a timely manner within the same day process. staff was very open and friendly and informative on any questions asked. i would recommend someone and get other parts fixed with these guys cause they are accurate and good. thank you truly kena and crystal coleman

A+ Transmission Specialists 77073 These guys are hustlers and thieves. I found out later that they over charged me to change my spark plugs and wires. I paid over $400. Then they were stealing reflectors off the car. The manager said he's been knowing his workers for years and they don't steal. Then it took them 3 days. Everything was located at the top of the engine. Now after 20 minutes of running the car everyday there is a ticking noise.
