I brought my vehicle into A Plus to get an estimate on fixing the clunking noise in the front of my car. They treated me very kindly, didn't charge me for the estimate and drove me back to my house for free. Turns out I only needed one ball joint and they got it fixed for much cheaper than I anticipated. Great shop. Honest people. Quick service. Cant ask for much more.
I took my car there thinking I needed new brake pads because I heard seeking, but after they inspected them they imformed me that my brakes were fine, that I just needed cleaning. I was so happy to find a service center that was honest and didn't try to charge me for something I didn't need. I will definitely take my car back there for it's needs and recommend them to my friends.
my father, 77 years old, took mom's van to a+ as we had work done there in the past. This last time, they charged my dad 653$ to remove the trans, put in a new torque converter, oil cooler, and diagnose. When we got the van back just this past saturday, DEC 8th, 2012, I inspected the work they did. My dad is too old and can't crawl under it himself. I visited A+ Transmission last week for the first time and really liked the place. Nice people, good prices. Got my car fixed the same day I brought it in and everything seems to be working great. I'll be back to this shop!!
Super helpful and informative people working up front. I know basically nothing about cars and it was super helpful that they explained in detail exactly what needed to be done in a way that a person like me could understand. Great shop with honest mechanics. I will be going back here for sure with any future car problems!
Geat shop, extremely honest people! I got 2 quotes from other shops that told me I needed to replace my transmission and it would cost $2200.00. I took it to A-Plus and it turns out it was just an electrical issue that only cost me $124.00. I will never trust anyone else to work on my vehicles.
Exceptional Customer Service! I was told by a good friend about A + Transmissions so I decided to get my car towed up to them to have them check it out. The people behind the counter were extremely friendly. They got my car right in and had it diagnosed for free in a matter of only a few hours. I ended up having them do the work and they gave me a better deal than the shop I originally called and they picked up my tow bill for free. Great Automotive Facility. Ive been taking my vehicles to these guys for as long as I can remember and I'll never go anywhere else. They are always happy to see me and always make me feel like I got my moneys worth when I leave. They work on all of my vehicles whether its a transmission or something as small as a brake job or oil change and as far as I'm concerned they always will. Excellent service and quality transmission work. My Ford Ranger needed a trans so I took it to A Plus and I'm glad I did. The people behind the counter were extremely friendly and seemed to be very honest. I am always a bit weiry about what parts are going into my truck and I really liked how they gave me a list of all of the parts that they were putting into the trans and I was happy to see that they use only the highest quality parts in their transmissions.
