Update: Been nearly 2 years now, still just as pissed over this as I was the day it happened. Just a friendly reminder that these dudes use YouTube tutorials and forum guides on their phones and still couldn't get step one right on a timing chain job. And all he had to do was admit his wrong doing and pull the engine apart and put it in time but he swore that a non interference engine was an interference engine.
