Kevin Starai tattooed my hand and it had a lot of scar tissue. It smoothed out over time but still not perfect. I brought it up to him when I went back to get my neck tattooed and he purposly put the tattoo at a goofy angle and tattooed it really lame looking on purpose, it was on purpose, I didnt realize it at the time but I sent images to tattooers everywhere and they sent me links to tattoo removal shops and said that was my best option.
