The first guy they sent out didn’t seem to know what he was doing, they didn’t send him back. The original installation was very sloppy, I contacted the owner and no one wanted to come and see the mess. Instead I had to send pictures, they sent someone to fix the mess (ie. gaps in the walls, holes in walls, stains all over the drywall, stain on the moulding). This was the 3rd estimate that I had done to replace my railings and bannister. Derek came out and was very professional and knowledgeable. He was also here on time when we set up the estimate. The previous 2 estimates were a lot more expensive than I thought this should cost. I am really glad that I went with "A Plus Stair and Rail" for my installation. Derek was so great to work with. Organized and always on top of returning my calls and emails. We had to push our project back several times due to covid and they were always understanding of that. Chris & Wolf were amazing and both worked so hard to keep our house clean and safe with little ones around. We are so pleased with the crew and the end product! Thanks A plus!
Just had my old outdated railing and baulsters removed and replaced. I love it! They were very professional, detail oriented and had great craftsmanship. I was worried about this would work as I have a large family with little ones but safety was a high priority for them and it was easy! Thanks so much, very happy customer!
