Minnesota does not legally allow for notaries to charge over $5. I was just quoted $40 for a single page… I see her reply- We discussed me coming in and having one page notarized and when I told her it was too expensive she called me back guilting me about being a small, struggling business on my voicemail. Does she seem nice? Yes, but I wasn’t paying for nice. That’s exactly how people are getting around a lot of illegal activities - “the act is free you’re just paying for the gas” get outta here lol.
Gina Wadding was so kind during the whole process of closing on our new home. We were in and out in less than a half and hour. We would definitely recommend working with her!
