We have a roman shade that would no longer stay up when we opened it. I took it Aplus shutters, and Manny looked at it and worked with it as best he could to see if he could repair it. It cannot be repaired. And he very kindly did not charge me. They do offer window treatments and I will be contacting them in the future for this need. I was referred to Mr. Reyes and A Plus and did I ever get a winner! He and his technician were courteous and, more importantly, performed the required work (rewired motors for patio screens, programmed new remote) in a timely and professional manner! And they cleaned up after the job was completed. I have already asked company to provide me a quote on another project!
The technician, John, that came to service the blinds in my house was of the utmost knowledgeable and professional degree. He reached out before our scheduled appointment and was able to come earlier than planned. Everything about why the blinds were malfunctioning was explained and demonstrated in a manner that made it easy to understand.
