We have a roman shade that would no longer stay up when we opened it. I took it Aplus shutters, and Manny looked at it and worked with it as best he could to see if he could repair it. It cannot be repaired. And he very kindly did not charge me. They do offer window treatments and I will be contacting them in the future for this need. I felt Manny was more than fair, very kind and responded promptly. Thank you.
We recently extended our patio and adding the shades was the final touch. We are now able to enclose the patio with a simple touch of the remote and protect from bugs and weather They are great quality and the perfect addition to our new outdoor living space. The team was reliable, knowledgeable, and had great customer service. Highly recommend!

I had a question about repairing a small shutter pin on one of my wooden shutters and Manny went above and beyond to help! He welcomed me to compare my broken pin with what they had in inventory and even gave me a few pins, although it was a small issue, they met with me at their office to help me along this replacement
