Came out pumped my tank clean was out next day after calling great service great people
Totally blew me off. My septic Alarm was going off and I called at about 1000 am it was a holiday and I fully understood it would be an emergency charge they person on the phone was nice and told me she would have the on call worker call me to get my problems figured out. 1230 rolls around and no call from them I called again and got the same answer my name was on the on call list and he would call me. 445 rolls around no call I called again, the worker on the phone informs me the on call worker was not taking anymore calls ... read more

Our power went out a few days ago during a storm and fried the control board for our furnace. One of the "premium" HVAC firms in the Olympia area came out and advised us that the board was not in stock, but they'd order it and get it installed - perhaps the following week sometime. The service call was $205, even though our house is just 2 miles from their office. To order the board and install it would be another $815. $1020 to replace a silly 3" x 3" board?? What?!?!?
