Just rented a unit today, Daniel in the office was very friendly and personable! Prices were fair, gate with code and autopay option which is nice. Overall great experience thanks to Daniel.

Rodents!!! They were never an issue when I first rented my unit from Lowry's True Value back in 2021. My husband also had his own storage unit for years. Fast-forward to 2025, I received a call from A Plus Self-Storage, who was running a special on larger units, so my husband and I decided to combine our stuff for convenience and to save a little money. All my things are ruined from a rat infestation!!!!! They told me it was up to the tenant to get rid of them.
