Two rent increases in less than 12 months with zero facility improvements. The facility could absolutely use major improvements. The business plan could use improvement even more. The on site manager is professional, courteous, and performs the job well.
Awful place with uneven pavement. Fix your grounds so disabled people can safely pick up a uhaul. Dont try and use their office on Sundays. No one is available and youll be stuck inside. Didn't even get an apology.
Quick, easy, and painless. Rented a 12ft trailer to haul some things to donation, dump, and recycling. Trailer was ready to go and clean. Paperwork was quick. Staff was super helpful and polite. I was hooked up and driving away with the trailer in a matter of minutes. Would definitely recommend vs. some of the other U-Haul options in the area that are far less professional or welcoming.
The best in the business, treat you like family.
