The name A-Plus could'nt be further from the truth, update it to F Rehab, because it was a total failure going here. We came here for our little one for speech therapy and was a terrible experience. Will be going back to the pediatrician to get another referral. They started off giving our toddler a toy that he was excited to play with and then minutes later took it away. The therapist questioned why he was crying, and began asking invasive questions as if I was a bad parent, like why was it taking him so long to calm down. ... read more

I got my son evaluated back in September, and they just never called me back. I finally called, and they informed me that the person who saw him quit. And now I have to meet my deductible again. Very disappointing. And they were unwilling to do anything to make up for it.

Keisha the new "clinic director" is rude. I had issues with their biller in the past. They were overcharging claiming it was the deductible even when I showed the deductible had been met. I called several times but according to Keisha nothing was documented. The administration/management is rude to say the least. I hope the owner read the negative reviews and pays attention to them. The therapist are wonderful, knowledgeable and caring.
