Over charged a significant amount for a uhaul. Contacted several times for a refund and eventually just started dodging my calls. Will never use again or recommend.
DO NOT RENT FROM HERE ! I have rented MANY UHAUL trucks in my years and have never had this issue. Truck was given to me on a 1/4 tank of gas. I returned the truck with the gauge exactly on the 1/4 line! Received my receipt to find out that I was apparently missing 2 gallons of gas, and was charged $40 !!! Charged $101 for a UHAUL I used for less than 24 hours is insane. Never renting from here again. I am never the complaining type , but this was ridiculous.
OMG !!! When I made the appointment, I said that I needed the truck for 4 days and they agreed. I called early to make sure everything was ok with the pickup time. They said " We do not rent for more than one day at a time". Good thing I called early before picking it up. I ignored all the negative reviews, but I figured everyone needs a second chance right ? There's a reason why the reviews are the way they are. AVOID THESE GUYS LIKE YOU WOULD AVOID SOMEONE THAT HAS THE PLAGUE !!!

If I could give it 0 starts I would, there is nothing professional about this place. We came here to pick up a reservation we had at 9am which was moved to 12pm without our knowledge. When we asked the clerk behind the counter if he had anything else (there was 6 trucks in the back) all we got was attitude and 0 helpfulness, worst customer service we have had in South Florida. I hope U Haul understand how this drives people away from your products. And hopefully this review opens their eyes about customer service...
