Used this company for years and was happy with it - now though there seems to be no communication or accountability - different unfamiliar staff who make assumptions, don’t discuss anything with you while there and IMO create more problems than they solve in terms of chemical efficiency - moving on
I do not recommend this company and their services based upon my experience. I purchased a home with a pool in Madisonville in April 2024. The previous owner had recommended using A+ Pool Services. I asked for a consultation numerous times for someone to explain to me what they were going to do and why, which never happened. I called the office on many occasions and was assured someone who meet with me, again no one ever met with me on the days promised even though I was home during those times.
