I do not recommend this company and their services based upon my experience. I purchased a home with a pool in Madisonville in April 2024. The previous owner had recommended using A+ Pool Services. I asked for a consultation numerous times for someone to explain to me what they were going to do and why, which never happened. I called the office on many occasions and was assured someone who meet with me, again no one ever met with me on the days promised even though I was home during those times. We had a cracked union/ pipe on our pool equipment and they came out within 24 hours after contacting them and completed the repair super fast and very good work. I would call them again for any pool repair in the future and recommend to anyone. Very reasonable price too, very professional, very timely, great communication. Photos are before and after.
Use them to get my pool back to crystal clear after letting it go for the winter. They did a great job, can’t recommend them enough!
We had A+ Pool Services soda blast the calcium (white lines) on our pool waterline! They are extremely professional, showed up as scheduled, did a great job, cleaned up, returned the following day, as promised to clean and chemically balance the pool. They also put a sealer to make the tile look new again. I give them 5 stars (would give more if they allowed) HIGHLY recommend!
Weekly service was discontinued after pool was repeatedly left dirty and lacking chemicals ultimately turning green on more than one occasion. Office doesn’t respond to emails.
