Used this company for years and was happy with it - now though there seems to be no communication or accountability - different unfamiliar staff who make assumptions, don’t discuss anything with you while there and IMO create more problems than they solve in terms of chemical efficiency - moving on Response: This post was never removed and the owner never asked me about it directly - one of his staff noticed it and mentioned it on the phone but did not try and ask about it. By far the best service I have had for our pool. The people from the office to the guys that come out and do the work are so professional and knowledgeable!! I highly recommend this company to everyone!! They treat you like they’ve known you forever!!!!
When my pool builder gave up on us A Plus Pool Service took over and the service is amazing. The service tech even set some features we didn’t know was possible bringing new life to our pool. I highly recommend giving them a call.
Had A+ replace a filter, multi port valve, and fix a pump. The technicians Tony and Zack were knowledgeable and answered all my questions! The job was done quickly and professionally!
Trey M. services my pool and is excellent. He attention to detail when cleaning and caring for my equipment shows. In addition he is reliable and has a great attitude. I have been using this company for several years and they are always upfront and quick to help fix a problem or answer my questions (which usually occur during a storm or some kind of bad weather).
