Can I give a 0? Horrible. I paid Mr. Cole, he came to do the service when I was not home, left a note saying he cannot clean the pool because he does not have a pool vacuum. When my tenant told me, I called Mr. Cole repeatedly; I had to call from different numbers as he blocked each number I called from. Never got my money back . In fact, I had to spend $200 more when I got back home, because the pool was in a bad state due to Mr. Cole not fulfilling his job. This person is incompetent.
