I see other reviews describing bad experiences with Aplus drivers. Here's mine. December 4, 2023: Aplus driver with major road rage purposely (not by accident) hits my car then takes off. I decide not to chase him as the company name and phone number are like a billboard on the side and back of the Sprint van. Got home (don't have cell phone) called and left a message at Aplus office regarding this and also contacted police. I had a plumbing emergency while my regular plumber was on vacation, so I hired this company. They arrived late, finished the job late, and did a terrible job. When my regular plumber returned, he informed me of the damages they had caused in my home. Obviously, theyre denying everything. Me trusting this company has cost me tens of thousands in damages. Id bet the 30 google review they have are from friends and family, not paying customers. Run away from this company. Save your home
A-Plus Plumbing left my job with deficiencies. I had to make numerous calls and ultimately a major deficiency has been left unaddressed. I even offered to pay them. They just made false promises and never showed up and ultimately even ghosted my calls. I do not recommend them to anyone who is looking for a professional service And proper follow up until the job is 100% complete and free of deficiencies.
There is nothing I love more than a road raged driver trying to run me off the road while driving a company vehicle! What do you know? This morning at 10:55am at the intersection of bayview and Sheppard a middle aged Caucasian guy with a French accent driving truck number 15 made it happen.
