My wife and I have a central vacuum system which had two broken outlets on the wall. I called Ernie and he asked me to send him photos of the outlets so he could make sure he had the correct replacement parts. In two days he secured the right parts, came over to my house and fixed our problem. He also gave me some tips on how to clean and maintain the unit. His charges were extremely reasonable. I found Ernie to be very skilled and fair. I recommend Oaks Vacuum highly.
