I am extremely disappointed with the service my daughter received at A Plus Nails. She went in for a pedicure and during the service, they actually cut her toe, causing it to bleed. Instead of stopping the service and using proper medical or sanitary supplies to treat the wound, they just kept putting her foot back into the same dirty water. No apology. No care. Have been a customer of Holly’s for almost 20 years. Nice to just sit down after a busy day and Holly does her thing, without me having to say much. She’s VERY attentive to details.
