Rip off my skin while waxing twice and left me to scar. Very rough and not gentle. Don’t know how to file or do cuticles
The worst manicure of my life. They used an electric file to take off my gel and went too far. Damaged one of my nails so bad it broke mid way down and became deformed.

My pedicure was alright. It was quick, not much attention, nothing too terrible. It looks like a had a good polish day, not like I got them done at a salon. It’s missing the shine and thick coat you’d come to expect from a real pedicure. And I got a leg waxing. As soon as I saw the wax rollers, I told the woman that those don’t work well on my legs; I have thick hair and roots, and it’s not hot or strong enough.
