John and his team are first class professionals. The waterline came loose on my icemaker and flooded my kitchen and dining room. With laminate floor it was a disaster. John was onsite in less than 24 hours, let me know what to expect, and helped us identify the extent of the damage. He made recommendations for working through an insurance claim and helped me be informed when dealing with contractors for repairs.
