Tried to come here for medical supplies. Sat in the parking lot for approx. 30 minutes past their opening time hoping they would open. Door was locked and nobody answered the phone the numerous times I tried calling.

We needed a temporary medical bed. You all made the process easy for us. Great service, and great price! Perfect and punctual delivery, set up, take down, and pick up...we appreciate y'all! 10 out of 10, highly recommend!

Update (16 April 2024). I may have been a little hasty in posting the previous review. Turns out there was an email issue and they never received the emails I had sent. I called their office and got everything straightened out. They do work to resolve issues and my previous review was premature. I should have called first. I have used A+ for about 4 years (I use Medicare and TriCare for Life, so my options are few). In the beginning, the service was great and the people were great (5 stars then). I have been going to A Plus Medical for my CPAP machine and supplies for about a year. It's been a pleasure to deal with Ms. Brown and Patience. My supplies are consistently mailed right on schedule, & have also been delivered by courier to my front door. Very pleased with their customer service!
