AFAIC, this is the only place in the Huntsville area for DME. For one thing, they are the only place, according to Medicare.gov, which "accepts assignment" for medical equipment. This means they bill Medicare direct, and you are out of the loop. You will not be asked to sign a statement you'll be responsible for anything Medicare doesn't cover, with a big surprise bill at the end. In addition, their prices were lower than any other supplier. HUGE MISTAKE... Horrible, substandard customer service! There is no time to elaborate now, but I will try to post a true and accurate review at a later date & time!
Tried to come here for medical supplies. Sat in the parking lot for approx. 30 minutes past their opening time hoping they would open. Door was locked and nobody answered the phone the numerous times I tried calling.
We needed a temporary medical bed. You all made the process easy for us. Great service, and great price! Perfect and punctual delivery, set up, take down, and pick up...we appreciate y'all! 10 out of 10, highly recommend!
