My father’s oxygen machine malfunctioned on a Saturday morning during a snow storm. Took a few minutes on hold with the after hours service but once we were connected they were on it quick. Jimmy called my father and had a new machine up and running in less than an hour.

I’m disappointed in you Carl. Are you back at your desk yet? I called and spoke with you and you said you would call me when you got to your desk and pulled my information up. That was yesterday and now I thought maybe you would call today. Nope. I’m creating this review as I really don’t want to call back and have to wait 20 minutes on hold before I get a real person to speak to. Disappointed. Carl still has not returned my call so I am changing my review to a 1 Star review.
