I’m disappointed in you Carl. Are you back at your desk yet? I called and spoke with you and you said you would call me when you got to your desk and pulled my information up. That was yesterday and now I thought maybe you would call today. Nope. I’m creating this review as I really don’t want to call back and have to wait 20 minutes on hold before I get a real person to speak to. Disappointed. Carl still has not returned my call so I am changing my review to a 1 Star review.
Giving lots of credit to Tonya for helping me with my CPAP supplies the other day. I will recommend her and A plus Medical Equipment facility to everyone out there. Tonya will take here time and help you. Other staff in the office are wonderful too.
