WARNING and beware: This company harasses ex-customers. Specifically told phone representative DO NOT send a supervisor to my home to discuss my choice to cancel my auto renewed contract. What happens on the FIRST business day after the phone call: someone comes to my door to discuss it.
Brian S. Called ahead of showing up so we could put our dog inside. Showed up as promised and applied the first of six applications for the year. Brian was very friendly and done a great job. Keep up the great work!
Our lawn looks ok, not great with their service. But last year I called for a lawn design for both back and front of the house, after 2 weeks a designer came out. Three more weeks I called then emailed emailed and got a plan via email at 11 p.m. one night. I called the next day and said I wanted to do the whole thing, asked the designer if I needed to contact someone else or if I could line that up through her. She said she would line it up. Lawn looks horrible. Called to complain and were told we had grubs, they could treat it at an additional cost and would throw in free aeration and overseeding, then charged us for the overseeding anyway. Their prices have steadily increased but the service has gone downhill.
