His negligence damaged my business. Karl ordered the wrong conversion kit for my heater, then PRETENDED that he installed it. After he left I noticed the heater still having problems. I opened the heater and found the conversion kit just laying inside the heater still in its envelope. I hired a different HVAC company and we discovered that Karl had ordered the wrong kit, did not convert my heater at all and just left the wrong kit inside the heater still in its envelope.
