I’m always happy to leave a review when a company truly does an outstanding job and exceeds expectations — and that’s exactly what happened with Apex Home Improvement. We recently had an unexpected issue while having a new microwave installed. An eight-foot section of our upper cabinets came loose from the wall and began to fall outward. The video I have on my doorbell camera is insane! The most rude , unprofessional person I’ve ever encountered. When speaking to “management” they said I’m sorry a million times and wanted me to know this wasn’t their policy at all but still scheduled the same guy to come out for repairs. Mind blown!!!!!
Shane was hired to do a Kitchen/bath full renovation in our home Sept of 2024. So far our Kitchen still doesn't have a working stove nor working kitchen drawer hardware. Among many other things that haven’t been completed. After paying him close to $300k for our kitchen renovation it’s been a disaster. June 1st 2025 he was paid to start our master bathroom renovation ($225k job) to be completed by August 1st. We had to tear down our shower in the master bathroom due to a structural failure with the builder installed shower enclosure, which caused water damage. I reached out to several companies for quotes on replacing our shower. Although APEX wasn't the cheapest, they were very communicative and reasonable to work with.
