UPDATE: After Shane's visit we noticed that the water temp returned to being lukewarm and we contacted Shane again. He assured us that this would be handled no matter the cost. True to his word, he ordered a new valve, and a new filter for the Delta unit in the shower. He personally came to remove the old unit and installed the new hardware. It appears one of either the valve or filter were defective as the steam is now visible in our shower and my wife is extremely happy with her necessary steam showers! Shane came through ... read more

UPDATE : Shane reached out almost immediately after my updated review. It appears the number that I had was no longer in service and they were not aware of my reach outs. Shane immediately came out and fixed our issue. I appreciate the attention given to my matter and the urgency in which Shane resolved this matter for us. We are very pleased with everything. I contacted APEX because the shower had low water pressure and the hot water wasn't getting warm enough, even though every other faucet in the house worked perfectly. They adjusted the shower faucet, but the repair created a new issue—the shower now only produces hot water with no cold water available.
