I’ve had a great experience working at A-Plus Home Health as a scheduler. The company is well-organized, supportive, and truly values both its employees and clients. Management is responsive and works with you to solve challenges, especially in a fast-paced environment like scheduling. I’ve learned a lot about coordination, communication, and patient care logistics while working here. Overall, it’s a positive workplace with a strong team culture

I personally love working for A plus Home Health Agency. It feels like a family. They take great care of their employees and special interest in their clients. If it ever comes a time when I need home care services I would truly and dearly recommend them

I want to give a huge thank you to this amazing agency. They provided exceptional care to my auntie. The staff is loving, caring, supportive, and very intentional. The communication is exceptional. The staff really made my auntie feel like family. Once again I want to give a heartfelt thank you to this wonderful agency.

This was the absolute worst experience. I take care of my mom. I was not sent reliable people. I experienced call off after call off. Which meant I had to call off work. I was never given the call off notice within respectable times. Meaning 10 mins before the worker is to show then the company calls me. If they called. I had no call no shows. I let them know on several occasions that there was no one at my home. They had no clue. This company is closed on the weekend as far as the office. You get a number to call but good l... read more
