Our AC unit wasn't cooling and after giving a call out to A Plus Heating, Cooling, and Remodeling Jason came out right on time and did a phenomenal job. He had amazing customer service and made sure we were well taken care of...especially given how hot it has been in this Georgia heat. I would recommend A Plus to ANYONE because they stand true to their slogan. " They sweat so you don't have to." An amazing customer service experience, we are very grateful!!!!

I paid, but I will never use that company again for anything. They are the only company that don't quote prices so they can charge any amount, they don't show up on time, multiple delays, and tried to add unwanted work or listen to the customer. The utility company showed up the next day to paint lines without agreement, it took almost three to get an invoice. I had to show the technician where to snake ect. A Plus Heating, Cooling & Remodeling installed a new heating and cooling system including ductwork in our property in a very professional manner. Great pricing and quality work that was completed within an efficient timeframe. I will continue to recommend them to others!
