They were able to dispatch someone to my home in Sterling Heights right away to take a look at our AC unit which had stopped working. Sadly my unit was too old and in too bad of condition to be repairs. They gave me all my options with no high pressure. I chose the unit which fit my budget and needs best and they installed it right away. Great service and great profesionalism. Will be recommending them to all friends, family and neighbors
When our AC went out, I called a few places. A Plus was empathetic to our situation and tried their best to get a service team out to the house quickly. They came out the next morning and found the problem. Unfortunately, our unit was too old to repair and they suggested a new system. In the meantime, they added freon to the existing system to buy us some time. The temporary fix worked well and gave us the necessary time to get a couple extra quotes.
