So far, so fantastic! I recently had a very negative experience with another audiologist/hearing aid provider, so I was skittish. Andrea was professional, kind, and really put me at ease. This might be my new spot!
Wonderful staff and great service
The audiologist explained everything well and was happy to answer all my questions. I never felt pressured to “ buy now” or to “hurry up” and decide. It was quite a pleasant experience .
I did a free hearing aid trial with A-Plus Hearing 6 years ago. The service was so good that 6 yrs later when I could actually afford hearing aids I went straight back to them. Andrea is amazing to work with!!?
Great knowledgeable people. Glad I chose A-Plus. I've been impressed with them on each visit. They explain thoroughly each concern and answer.
