I made an appointment and told the repair specialist what was wrong with the hearing aid. He was looking at it and tugging on a wire and I asked "Are you sure that comes off?" and he stopped and said "I've been doing this for 35 years". Then he threw my hearing aid on the counter and snapped "what are you gonna do, file a complaint and claim I broke it?" Then, "i don't want to work on this"and stomped off to a back office.
