The staff during my visit yesterday were, as in previous visits, professional, pleasant and most accommodating. My hearing aids were “tuned up” and are working perfectly. As always, a successful and helpful appointment.
Super helpful staff. The audiologist genuinely cares and is a total pro.
I did not receive hearing visit as they are not covered by Kaiser Permanente insurance. Mary Edward’s at front desk was very helpful understanding my situation and her suggestions.
