Excellent service.
The staff was great. I have very small ear canals, which is surprising being a 6'2" guy, and they worked hard to get a good fit for me. The audiologist spent a lot of time working to make the hearing aids work for me. The only drawback is that I have moved out of state and will not be able to use their services any more.
TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL. This place postponed my appointment twice in the past, each time citing "a medical emergency". Each time they rescheduled two more weeks in the future, which means I have now waited more than six weeks for an appointment. I am forced to use this company by my insurance, otherwise I would have gone somewhere else. Today, they cancelled AGAIN with less than three hours' notice. They are totally unprofessional.
