Such great staff!
Caregiving can be a tremendously difficult challenge & finding someone or someplace who can help clear up confusion is unbelievably helpful. When I reached out to A-Plus Audrey helped me get the answers I needed. When she realized I could benefit from additional resources she took the time to explain them to me, put me in contact with those organizations, all while being friendly, SUPER helpful, and understanding. Audrey is incredibly knowledge - helping in ways I didn't know were options.
I worked for A Plus for over 2 years and they are the worst home healthcare company I have worked for. I was once sent to a womans home for 6 hour shifts 4 days a week and my boss knew she had bed bugs and didn't inform me. I found out when I woke up one morning covered in bites. She's lucky I didn't bring the bugs home or there would've been hell to pay.
