I purchased a Dallas Cowboys varsity jacket from there and I was satisfied with the service. I took the jacket to an embrodery shop and I have gotten a lot of complimets on it because I had a name embroided on it. Ms. Pam was nice to me. A friend of mine saw my boyfriend wearing it and loved it so now she wants to buy her husband one. :-)
Avoid if possible. Amazon has much better prices and better policies. I purchased two hats and one had multiples threads and seams busting out between bill and cap. The other they gave me the wrong size. When I returned within a week to exchange, Mrs. Pam cut the threads off, ultimately busting other seams when I later put the hat on. And then told me there was nothing she could do for the other hat(that doesn't even fit on my head). I just wanted to exchange for a non damaged hat and a hat that fit. She would do neither.
