I contacted A-PLUS GUTTERS about having some gutters and fascia wrap work done about four years ago. Met with Israel who wrote a quote. I had a couple of questions and changes to work proposed. I was never able to speak to him again. All messaging was then done through Nancy, his wife, but it always took a while to get an answer. I also had to drive to their shop to speak to an employee who gave conflicting info regarding materials. Finally signed the contract and work was done. Took a week to get an estimate, then 1 month after that for the install appointment, on the day of the install, no body showed up or call, after numerous attempts to call, Nancy returned my call and informed me that they didn't receive my deposit, I was sent an email the previous day with instructions for the deposit, I sent the deposit the next morning before the appointment, but was told now they would order my materials and come back in a few days, I canceled the job, please be careful with this company's communications, ... read more
