Jimmy was amazing. He knows how to treat customers respectfully and honestly. My garage door was installed quick and he did it is fabulous! He provided additional help to me with some leveling project that bumps against the door. In a nutshell, Jimmy was so knowledgeable, attentive, great customer service and great communication as he continuously kept me in the loop. Thanks so much Jimmy! We had an issue with our garage door that wouldn’t close late in the afternoon. I called and Jimmy came that same day! He figured out a temporary solution and did not charge us. We ordered new doors a few days later and Jimmy just installed them. I could not be more pleased and satisfied with his service. I highly recommend this company (and Jimmy)!

After years of being frustrated we finally got the best garage door company to fix all our door problems and bring the doors up to safety code. Jimmy, the Technician gave us great service. He was friendly and very professional. Once Jimmy was completed with the job, he gave me good instructions on how to use everything. He left the job site cleaned. We had an issue with our commercial garage door (at our home) after it closed on a metal gate and got stuck at an angle. Since there wasn’t a safety stop, cold air was pouring in, and with it being the middle of January, it was a huge problem.
