Kasey was nice enough but I needed a new motor and all they had were the incredibly expensive models. After looking it up after the fact I feel a bit ripped off, and they installed the motor at an odd angle since they I guess didn't have the tools to cut their metal bracings shorter.
Riley was awesome! They came out the same day, Riley was very informative, and had my repair completed in less than 30 minutes. Riley gave me multiple options on my garage door spring replacement and help me identify the best replacement option based on cycle life. I would recommend A Plus Garage Doors again and again!
Kasey and Chase did an excellent job repairing a broken spring and bearings on my garage. Great customer service and communication. Keep up the great work guys.
