Riley was on time, courteous, and professional. He noticed we did not have light bulbs in. We were never told about it when we purchased the garage door opener two and a half years ago! So we had lights installed.
Riley was so thorough and efficient. He explained everything that was causing my garage door issues and all of my options for repairs and pricing. He explained options to limit repeat problems as well. I did not feel any pressure, he made sure I was totally informed and able to make the best decision for my situation. He was so courteous and professional.
I was pleased to have a technician come to repair our garage door so quickly. I was given four options to repair or replace. I opted to repair and it was done quickly. The technician explained all the key points of repairs necessary.
Colin did a great job installing my new motor and rollers! Loved how fast he was!
