I never been so humiliated in my life. I will be reporting my experience to the BBB and to my insurance company. I walked out this office with a numb mouth no service done and crying. Dr Yang is very insensitive and is not kind. I appreciate her dental assistant for making me feel comfortable (I expressed my anxiety I have when I come to the dentist) and answering all my questions to the best of her knowledge.
Doctor Yang has always worked with me on Insurance, etc. I never left feeling that it was a poor practice for my wife or my family , I would recommend her to anyone.
Dr. Yang is very patient and answers all my questions, thumbs up to her professionalism. Highly recommended!
We love this dental place, all my family like Dr. Yang.
